Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date will incur a 30% charge of the total package cost.
• Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days before your arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total package cost.
• Cancellations between 15 days and 10 days before your arrival date will incur a 75% charge of the total package cost.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total package cost.

Payment Processed Through Razorpay:

Payments made for bookings through our website are processed securely through Razorpay. In case of eligible refunds as per our cancellation policy, refunds will be initiated through Razorpay within 7-15 Days Excluding Bank Holidays business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
